1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Life Force Med Beds, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to the Life Force RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring) System, hyperbaric chambers, Med Bed technologies, website, and related services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Overview

Life Force Med Beds provides wellness technologies, remote monitoring systems, and related services designed to support health optimization.

Services may include:

• Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy systems
• Light therapy and frequency-based technologies
• Consultations and wellness programs

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The Company’s products and services are intended for wellness and informational purposes only, unless explicitly provided by a licensed medical professional.

• We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Information provided through the RPM system or any device is not medical advice.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any treatment or therapy.

Use of our services is at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use equipment and systems as instructed
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensure proper installation requirements (including power supply and space accommodations)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for any activity conducted under your account.

5. Payment Terms

A. General Payments

• All payments must be made in full prior to delivery or service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

B. Payment Limits

• Credit card payments are limited to $2,500 per transaction.
• Purchases exceeding $2,500 must be completed via wire transfer or another approved payment method.

C. Deposits

• Deposits may be required to secure services, scheduling, or product orders.
• Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the nature of our products, high-value equipment ($4,000 – $1,000,000) is generally non-refundable.
• Returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Company’s sole discretion.
• Any approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, shipping costs, and inspection.

7. Installation & Site Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring the facility meets all installation requirements
• Providing proper electrical infrastructure and power supply
• Confirming equipment can safely fit through entrances, hallways, and installation areas

Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional costs or delays.

8. Remote Monitoring & Data Use

By using the Life Force RPM System, you acknowledge:

• Data is collected for monitoring and system optimization
• Information may be shared with authorized providers or service partners
• You are responsible for maintaining device connectivity and proper usage

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free system performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• This includes loss of profits, health outcomes, business interruption, or data loss
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service

10. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that:

• Use of wellness technologies carries inherent risks
• Results may vary from person to person
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with use

11. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, designs, branding, and technology associated with Life Force Med Beds and the RPM System are the exclusive property of the Company.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
• Reverse engineer or replicate systems
• Use branding without written permission

12. Independent Sales Representatives

Independent sales representatives are:

• Not employees of the Company
• Responsible for their own business expenses, tools, and communication
• Subject to separate commission agreements

The Company is not liable for representations made outside approved materials.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of equipment or systems
• Non-payment or fraudulent activity

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Georgia.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration, if agreed upon in writing.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
